Terms of Service

Services are provided during normal business hours of 8.30am to 5.30am Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays or at other times as negotiated. workspace365 reserves the right to change its products, services and charges by giving one months’ notice in writing.  Payment of monthly invoice shall be on the 1st of the month, late charges may apply. Should an account fall in arrears in excess of 2 weeks (10 working days) your Agreement may be terminated without further notice. A re-connection fee of $140 will apply. Clients may not solicit the employment of Workspace365 staff during their term with Workspace365, or 12 months thereafter. In the event that a staff member is employed by a client, the client must pay an introduction fee of 35% of their gross wage.  The client should not make unreasonable demands on the services of any staff member of Workspace365. The client will not abuse or mistreat (verbally or otherwise) any staff member of Workspace365.  A refundable 1 month’s security deposit is to be held by Workspace365. Each client will be charged a one off set up fee of $100.00. Telephone calls and any other member services incurred at any of our locations will be billed monthly. In order to terminate your Agreement you must give a minimum of 1 month’s notice in writing. Credit cards will automatically be debited in advance on the 1st day of each month. To formalise the service, Workspace365 requires a copy of a credit card, business registration and Card holder’s identification (passport or driver’s license), and fully refundable deposit plus the signed Agreement.

In the event of your payment being declined by your financial institution you will be charged a fee of $20.00+GST for this failed transaction. In the event of your overdue account being referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all additional costs to collect the full debt, including legal demand costs.
